ABOUT ORYDLE

We got tired of systems
no one could understand.

Orydle exists because growing codebases lose structural clarity by default. We're building Krum to make alignment inevitable - not aspirational.

THE FOUNDING INSIGHT

Every system we worked on had the same problem. The architecture lived in someone's head, or in a diagram that was already wrong, or in a document nobody read. The code was the only truth - and the code didn't explain itself.

When AI tools arrived, they made it faster to write code - and faster to make architecturally wrong decisions at scale. The gap between what the system was supposed to be and what it actually was grew wider, faster.

We realized the problem wasn't tooling. It was that architecture had never been treated as data. As something formal, queryable, enforceable. Krum is our answer to that.

"The code is never the truth. The system is."

HOW WE GOT HERE

The idea, in three steps.

Phase 01

The problem became undeniable

Every production system we touched had the same failure mode: architecture lived in docs and diagrams that drifted from reality within weeks. Engineers were guessing. AI made it faster to guess wrong.

Phase 02

Architecture as data - the prototype

We built a formal system model that stores architecture as a queryable, validated graph. Not documentation. A structural truth that every tool in the environment reads from and writes to.

Phase 03

Krum - the environment

Visual builder. System model. Code generation. AI that respects the model. Four components, one coherent system. The architecture enforces itself.

WHERE WE'RE GOING

The future of software is system-defined.

Architecture becomes executable.

Code becomes generated.

Systems evolve safely.

Build software as systems.

Not codebases.
